1:1 Sessions

Book in for a private session to refine your yoga practice or to learn yoga as a beginner. A 1:1 session enables a much more tailored approach taking into consideration any physical limitations or health issues. It is also an opportunity to explore more personal themes to enhance mental, physical and spiritual wellbeing. If working on a therapeutic level we focus more on your mind-body type or 'doshas' in order to self-care on a deeper level. A 1:1 approach is ideal for:

  • Learning yoga practices in more depth

  • Pre-natal wellbeing & post-natal recovery

  • Management of chronic conditions

  • Holistic self-defence coaching

  • Those who need practices adapted due to injury or physical limitations

  • Stress management/relaxation

  • Specific goals eg. building core strength, cross training, enhancing athletic/sports performance

 

To make the most of our work together you can also book in for an Ayurvedic Wellbeing Consultation. This is to assess your unique mind-body type according to Ayurveda and to discuss your holistic health and fitness goals in more depth. You will be offered advice on exercise, diet and lifestyle practices most suitable for your mind-body type and learn self-care practices to take home. These sessions are a valuable investment in you.
