Yoga Therapy & 1:1


Book in for a private session to refine your yoga practice or to learn yoga as a beginner. A 1:1 session enables a much more tailored approach taking into consideration any physical limitations or health issues. It is also an opportunity to explore more personal themes to enhance mental and physical  wellbeing. If working on a therapeutic level we integrate ayurvedic lifestyle medicine in order to self-care on a deeper level. A 1:1 approach is ideal for:

  • Learning yoga practices in more depth

  • Pre-natal wellbeing & post-natal recovery

  • Management of chronic conditions

  • Holistic self-defence coaching

  • Those who need practices adapted due to injury or physical limitations

You will also be offered ongoing advice on diet and lifestyle practices most suitable for you from an ayurvedic perspective and learn self-care practices to take home. These sessions are a valuable investment in you.
