Wrap up each month with Cocoon: a delicious snuggly blend of very gentle yoga stretches, qigong flows, aromatic breath-work, mindfulness meditations, Yoga Nidra (guided relaxation) and LOTS of poetry!

BACK IN SEPTEMBER!

 

The theme for Sunday September 26th 10 - 12 noon is Extra-ordinary Things - inspired by Pat Schneider's poem The Patience of Ordinary Things, we will explore the magic of every day objects and interactions and how these simple encounters can often connect us to a deeper sense of self and wellbeing.

 

There will be time at the end of class to grab yourself a cuppa and some cake and share your own poem or read out something you love. The mind is so receptive and open these such holistic practices and I hope these sessions to inspire creative insight and a deep connection to the natural world.
