Su’s yoga classes are a work of art. I am truly honoured to practice with her in lockdown through her Saturday online classes. They are nourishing, and Su is so creative and knowledgable. If you’re kind of a stiff person or have a hard time letting go I really recommend Su's online yoga classes. They are so beautifully graceful and feminine and very well structured so you feel safe exploring that side to you. They are also perfect for seasonal self-care and awakening your creativity.

Sujatha is an amazing practitioner. After years of having doctors and psychologists trying to help me to deal with my depression Sujatha has helped me start to heal - something I was starting to think would never happen. Her sessions will leave you with a feeling of positivity and happiness and I really hope that others get to have the same life changing experiences as I am having. You will feel completely safe, understood and valued and any feelings of negativity that you may bring with you to the session will disappear within the first five minutes!
I first became involved with Sujatha after finishing my treatments for breast cancer. The experience has been amazing and has supported me throughout my coming to terms with my life threatening illness. The weekly sessions have not only helped strengthen my body, but more importantly have given me an insight into how to control my emotions and mind. I find the contexts - cultural, historical and medicinal - fascinating. It has enabled me to become calmer and more focused upon myself and my needs.
